Responsibility:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, qualifying to evaluating candidates for a possible match, co-ordinate with hiring managers on hiring decisions, conduct reference checks, and formulate offer letters by working with hiring managers and Human Resources Director to develop an attractive and internally equitable package
- Facilitate recruiting efforts effectively for the hiring of professional positions
- Work independently within guidelines
- Coordinate advertising placement in an effective manner, manage the effective use of search firms
- Track statistic and prepare periodic report of recruiting activity
- Coordinate human resources and recruiting events
Requirement:
- Ideally a Human Resources, Psychology or business related degree
- At least 4 years’ relevant experience in recruitment consultancy and/or multi-national corporation environment
- A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English verbal and written communication skills are essential
